The user initiates data sharing from the Data Supplier previously integrated into the system via an API. The data is registered in the system, encrypted, and connected to the user ID through a smart contract in the blockchain, which data consumers can access after registering and paying for the request.

Data in the system is added exclusively by the users themselves; users need to add their personal and lifestyle data. Their health data is imported from trusted providers such as healthcare institutions, laboratories or clinics. All data in the system has a certain order and format, is encrypted and added to the blockchain network.

Three types of data are available: personal health data of users specified at their discretion, data on demographics and social status, as well as reliable data from providers (hospitals, laboratories) that users import into their profile from verified health data providers.

Healthcare institutions or other interested parties can receive anonymized health data from an array of profiles, individual questionnaires, as well as ready-made datasets on a paid basis according to specified characteristics.

DeHealth strives to create a transparent environment for data sharing. In order to grant access to patient record pools, data filtering features, and user queries, it is necessary to make sure that the buyer of the data is legitimate. The system is built in compliance with the HIPAA and GDPR. Anonymization of information and its linking to a unique User ID is provided. All types of information are carefully encrypted, and medical and personal information is separated. The system operates with fully encrypted internal IDs and external keys. In this way, DeHealth ensures that the data always remains anonymous.

After registration, you get access to pools of patient medical records. You can access the raw datasets via the API or submit your own request. The latter suggests you to indicate the specific information you’d like to purchase. As soon as our manager receives a request, he/she will immediately contact you for clarification and then process the order.

Since there are two ways to receive data, the delivery speed is different. When accessing data via API, you get it immediately, however, the time for providing a structured report after an individual request is set by the manager.

The DeHealth ecosystem includes the DHLT network, in which all data participants are rewarded with the network's own token -DHLT. Every time an individual's anonymized health data is sold, they are rewarded with DHLT tokens while DeHealth receives its service fee.

The basis of the DeHealth ecosystem is the DHLT blockchain network, within which all transactions are carried out using the native DHTL token. The buyer pays for transactions to receive the necessary data in DHTL tokens. The data owner and data provider, as well as the system itself, receive a share of the amount of paid tokens, thereby compensating their interest in participating in the system. DHLT tokens can either be earned in the system or bought or sold on well-known, trusted cryptocurrency exchanges.

MetaMask is a free web and mobile crypto wallet that allows users to store cryptocurrencies, interact with the blockchain ecosystem, and host a growing number of decentralized applications (dApps). After selling user data, you will receive royalties to your MetaMask wallet. You will have such functions as checking balance, withdrawing and depositing in your wallet. You receive DHTL tokens in our ecosystem, which will be stored in your MetaMask wallet and can be withdrawn from it in the BSC network.
