From a young age, Aaron has shown an outstanding aptitude for sport, competing in long distance running, cross country and Australian soccer. Today he represents Australia in the ICN and WFF federations, winning numerous awards and recognition for his achievements, cementing his status as one of Australia's top naturalistic bodybuilders. 

Aaron began weightlifting in 1998 and became a personal trainer as early as 2004. Over the years, he has not only helped many clients achieve their fitness goals, but this year he took the next step by becoming a personal trainer manager

His particular focus is on muscle growth and overall health. For Aaron, a balanced lifestyle is the key to success. He epitomizes the principles of naturalistic bodybuilding by dedicating his life to training, nutrition, and recovery.
